Kvaliteten på ambulanssjukvården i Östergötland bör granskas. Det menar Socialdemokraterna i landstinget.

Bakgrunden är uppgifter om att ambulanssjukvården brister i kvalité, bland annat när det gäller underhåll på fordon och avvikelserapportering.

Flera av de synpunkter som framkommit har gällt Falck som sköter delar av ambulanssjukvården i Östergötland.

-Vi tycker man ska ta de här uppgifterna på allvar. Man ska alltid kunna lite på att ambulanssjukvården håller hög kvalité. Därför vill jag se en granskning som visar hur det egentligen ser ut i Östergötland, säger Christoffer Bernsköld, oppositionslandstingsråd (S) i ett pressmeddelande till svt.se.
