I en enkät gällande ambulanssjukvården valde sju landsting att delta. De tillfrågade hade vårdats av ambulanspersonal under 2012.
209 personer valde att svara på denna enkät.
Frågorna kretsade kring respektfullt bemötande, delaktighet i beslut om sin vård, vätetid tills dess ambulans anlände och förtroende för personalen bland annat.
Resultatet visar att Jämtlands resultat var i paritet med det nationella genomsnittet och ­ibland något högre. Det resultatet som var avvikande var det som gällde delaktighet i vården. Där var snittet för Jämtland lägre.
