Västra Götalandsregionen förklarar sitt överklagande av förvaltningsrätten dom.

I förra veckan meddelade förvaltningsrätten i Göteborg att Västra Götaland har brutit mot bestämmelserna i arbetstidslagen eftersom ambulanspersonalen ofta inte  hinner ta rast inom den lagstadgade gränsen på fem timmar. Arbetsmiljöverket har hotat med ett vite på 250 000 kronor om inte Västra Götaland bättrar sig. Men domen överklagades genast av regionen, som först nu har angett skälen till överklagandet.
