SUNDSVALL - En patient i Sundsvall blev lämnad i hemmet av ambulans, trots att det senare visade sig att hen drabbats av stroke. Patienten tvingades själv köra bil till vårdcentral, där man genast ordnade ambulanstransport till sjukhuset.
